Registration Procedure

Registration procedure is completed upon:
– receiving abstract acceptance notification (by April 7, 2014);
– conference fee payment (from April 7 to Sept 8);
– conference dinner payment and filling-in conf. dinner form (from April 7 to Sept 8) – optional;
payment receipt submission by e-mail or fax.

* The fee includes the conference package, the welcome reception on Thursday 18th, coffee breaks, a buffet lunch on Friday 19th and Saturday 20th and social programme.
** Apply the exchange rate as of the payment date.

Attendance is free for undergraduate and graduate students of the hosting Department of English. Students wishing to attend the conference should notify the Conference Team by September 17, 2014. Notification is done via conference email with “free attendance” in the subject line.

Payment procedure
Payment procedure is completed upon the payment of the conference fee, optional payment of the conference dinner fee, and the submission of a corresponding receipt by e-mail or fax.
Important: Those wishing to attend the conference dinner on Friday 19th should add 40,00 EUR  (c. 306,00 HRK)** to the conference fee and make payment in a single bank transfer (e.g. 90,00 EUR + 40,00 EUR). They should also fill in the conference dinner form below.

VERY IMPORTANT: YOU SHOULD SEND A COPY OF THE PAYMENT RECEIPT BY E-MAIL TO THE CONFERENCE TEAM WITH “PAYMENT RECEIPT” IN THE SUBJECT LINE, OR BY FAX TO +385-1-6120234.

Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellations on or before August 1, 2014, will incur a fee of 25% of the pre-paid conference registration fee.
No refunds will be made for cancellations after August 1, 2014.
Notice of cancellation must be made via conference email or fax (+385-1-6120234).
